Refunds and fees
Your refund will be returned to your bank card within 10 days. All products are free of shipping at the time of purchase. Once the refund is generated due to product quality problems, the refund fee will be borne by us. If the refund fee is generated by non-quality problems, the freight will be borne by the seller. Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 Natural days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
You have 30 Natural days to contact us and 10 Natural days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 Natural days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
